  • What types of products do you offer at Dragonfire Emporium?
    We specialize in a diverse range of giftware, including mystical artifacts, fantasy-themed décor, enchanted jewellery, and more.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept most major credit cards, PayPal and PayPal pay in 4 and Afterpay.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Currently, we only ship within Australia. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    Please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing and dispatch. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping option selected. Express: 2-5 business days once dispatched (may take up to 7 business days during busy periods) Standard: 3-10 business days once dispatched (may take up to 7 business days during busy periods) All aroma oils and liquid products are road transit-only items and can be only shipped via standard post. If you have selected express and these items are in your cart, your order will then be shipped standard post  and you will receive a credit.
  • What if I receive a faulty item?
    We strive to ensure the quality of our products. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order for assistance.
  • Do you offer returns or exchanges?
    We do not offer returns for change of mind. However, we are happy to assist with returns or exchanges for faulty items within our warranty period.
  • How can I track my order?
    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

    No we don't, but we can recommend some fantastic local clairvoyants for you.
  • Ive signed up for Dragonfire Rewards, can I use these rewards online?
