Shipping & Returns

Shipping: Our small team prioritizes packing each order with care. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing and dispatch. Shipping rates are flat, and all orders include a tracking number.

Australia:

Express: $14 / 2-5 business days once dispatched (may take up to 7 business days during busy periods)
Standard: $10 / 3-10 business days once dispatched (may take up to 7 business days during busy periods)
All aroma oils and liquid products are road transit-only items and can be only shipped via standard post. If you have selected express and these items are in your cart, your order will then be shipped standard post and you will receive a credit.

International:

We currently only ship within Australia.

Returns & Refunds:

We don't accept returns for change of mind.
For faulty items, we offer a 30-day warranty. Initiate returns within this period. Contact us at dragonfireemporium@gmail.com with photos of the faulty product for assistance.
